Engagement Ring Return Policies at Provo and Orem Jewelers

Can you return an engagement ring in Provo or Orem? Most local jewelers whose websites publish terms allow 10 to 30 days, and most exclude custom and special-order rings. Hur Jewelers lists a 35% restocking fee. Beylora rings are made to order and can still be returned within 30 days of arrival, with a 20% restocking fee.

On their websites, FORGE Jewelry Works and Wilson Diamonds in Provo, and Hur Jewelers and Morgan Jewelers in Orem, allow returns within 30 days. Sierra West Custom Jewelers in Orem allows in-store exchanges within 30 days. All five exclude custom-made rings (read October 12, 2026). Return window: 30 days from the day your ring arrives, unworn beyond trying it on, with its certificate and packaging.

Fee: A change-of-mind return carries a 20% restocking fee ($360 on an $1,800 ring), and the optional $300 Rush fee is not refunded. If a ring arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, we repair it, replace it or refund you in full, with no fee.

Made-to-order rings: Every Beylora ring is made to order, and the 30-day return still applies.

Return window: 30 days from purchase, to any FORGE location or its website, if the piece is unaltered.

Fee: Its return page says refunds are credited "excluding a 4% non-refundable processing charge, shipping, and handling charges" (checked October 12, 2026).

Custom and special orders: Sized, engraved, special-ordered and custom pieces cannot be returned; its page says custom designed merchandise, special orders and personalized engraving cannot be returned, exchanged or canceled. Exchanges are not available on its website.

Return window: Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the shipment date.

Fee: Its return page says fees on an accepted return depend on the condition of the item received, and any fees or non-refundable shipping charges are deducted from the refund. It names no dollar amount for these fees (checked October 12, 2026).

Custom and special orders: Its return page says items that are sized, engraved, altered or custom-made are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged (checked October 12, 2026). Morgan has more than one store, so the page covers the whole company.
