A lifetime guarantee you never have to maintain

The Beylora Lifetime Guarantee comes with every ring. Many jewelers’ lifetime warranties stay valid only if you bring the ring in for an inspection every six months, and several don’t cover the center diamond at all. Ours covers the center diamond and asks for no inspections.

What it covers

It covers the whole ring and every stone in it, including a center diamond that chips, cracks, or falls out. You get one claim, at any time in the ring’s life, and we repair the ring, or replace it if it can’t be repaired.

What it doesn’t

It doesn’t cover a ring that’s lost or stolen; that’s what jewelry insurance is for.

What it costs you

The only cost is shipping to us and back.

Full terms

The Beylora Lifetime Guarantee applies to every engagement ring and wedding band we sell. In these terms, “ring” means either one.

  1. Coverage. If anything happens to your ring, including a center diamond or any other stone that chips, cracks, or falls out and is lost, we will repair the ring or, if it cannot be repaired, replace it.
  2. One claim. You may use the guarantee once per ring, at any point in the life of the ring.
  3. Exclusion. The guarantee does not cover a ring that is lost or stolen.
  4. Cost. The repair or replacement is free. You pay the shipping to us and the shipping back to you.
  5. No upkeep. The guarantee has no inspection, cleaning, check-in, or registration requirements.
  6. Making a claim. Email marketing@beylora.com with your order number and a photo of the ring. We will reply with instructions.
  7. Separate terms. Resizing and returns are separate from the guarantee and keep their own terms: we contribute $100 toward one resize per ring, full eternity bands cannot be resized, and a ring can be returned for a change of mind within 30 days of arrival, with a 20% restocking fee.
  8. Limited warranty. Because the guarantee is limited to one claim per ring and you pay shipping both ways, it is a limited warranty under U.S. law.
