Refund policy

Every Beylora ring is made to order for you. If your ring isn’t quite right, you can return it within 15 days of the day it arrives. We want you to see it in person, in your own light, before you decide it’s the one.

To start a return, email marketing@beylora.com with your order number and we’ll walk you through it. Send it back the way it came: unworn beyond trying it on, with the certificate and packaging in the parcel.

Once it’s back with us and looked over, every dollar goes back to the card you paid with. The price you paid is the complete ring, and the refund is the complete price.

If a ring arrives damaged, or isn’t what you ordered, write to us right away and a real person will take care of it.
