On October 4 they were all A.JAFFE settings with the center stone sold separately, and the lowest-priced was the A.JAFFE Quilts solitaire setting in platinum, still $1,630 on October 15, made for an oval center of 0.75 to 1.25 carats.

What platinum adds there: the same Quilts setting was $1,390 in 14k white gold, so platinum added $240. The A.JAFFE Classics solitaire setting was $1,530 in 14k white gold and $1,805 in platinum, $275 more. Both prices are for the setting alone.
