How ordering works

• Price: the price on each ring includes the setting, the center diamond and any accent diamonds. Engagement rings start at $1,000 for a 1-carat lab-grown center diamond in 14k gold, and wedding bands start at $800.
• Checkout: you pay through our Shopify checkout. Your total is shown before you pay.
• Making and delivery: every ring is made to order, arrives about 30 days after you order, and ships free and insured within the United States, with full tracking and a signature on delivery.

What the diamond report covers

Every engagement ring has a lab-grown center diamond with D color and VVS clarity, graded by IGI on its own report. Accent and side diamonds are lab-grown and do not have their own reports. Wedding bands are made in 14k solid gold, 18k solid gold or solid platinum, plain or set with lab-grown diamonds.

If something goes wrong

• Damaged or not as ordered: a ring that arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered is repaired, replaced or refunded in full with no fee taken.
• Returns: change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days of arrival with a 20% restocking fee. The optional $300 Rush fee is nonrefundable on change-of-mind returns. Read the return policy.
• Beylora Lifetime Guarantee: every engagement ring and wedding band is covered for the life of the ring, for anything that happens, center diamond included, and the guarantee can be used once. The only exclusion is a lost or stolen ring, and you pay shipping both ways. Read the guarantee.
