- Meet a co-founder, if you would like to. Pick a cafe or dessert shop in Utah County, such as one near UVU or elsewhere in Orem, and one of our co-founders (Joe Lee, Brooklin Lee, YoYo Chang or Bailey Chang) can meet you there in person. We also meet by video. Write to us through our contact page to set a time. If you are designing a custom ring, you can see your price right away on our custom ring design page and book a 30-minute video design consultation with a Beylora co-founder for $50 plus tax, and the $50 counts toward your ring. A free 10-minute phone call is also available for questions.
- Delivery to Orem. Every ring is made to order, and we estimate standard delivery about 30 days after the order date. If you need it sooner, the optional $300 Rush shortens that estimate to about 15 days. Standard shipping is free, the package travels fully insured and tracked, and a signature is needed at delivery, so choose an Orem delivery address where someone will be home to sign. The outer packaging is discreet.
- Decide within 30 days of delivery. Your return window opens on the day the ring arrives and lasts 30 days. A returned ring must be unworn beyond trying it on and come back with its certificate and packaging. Returning the ring because you changed your mind costs a 20% restocking fee. The optional $300 Rush fee is nonrefundable on change-of-mind returns. If the ring arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, we repair it, replace it or refund you in full, with no fee.

Does Beylora have a store in Orem?
No. Beylora sells online. There is no Beylora showroom or store, and there are no walk-in hours. If you want to meet in person, pick a cafe or dessert shop in Utah County, such as one near UVU or elsewhere in Orem, and a co-founder can meet you there. Video calls are the other option. Can an Orem jeweler resize a Beylora ring?
Yes. You can have the ring resized at any jeweler you choose, in Orem or elsewhere, and Beylora sends you $100 toward one resize of that ring. Jared's Orem store on University Parkway lists ring sizing among its services and says it repairs jewelry not bought at Jared. Full eternity bands are the exception, because they cannot be resized.

Morgan Jewelers asks for a cleaning and inspection at least every 6 months by a Leading Jewelers Guild jeweler, at no charge, and Jared for a documented inspection every 6 months in a Jared store, according to their websites, read October 1 and 2, 2026.
