Ring Repair and Cleaning in Provo and Orem

In Provo, FORGE Jewelry Works, The Jeweler's Bench and Mullett-Hoover Jewelers say on their own websites that they repair jewelry. In Orem, Hur Jewelers and Morgan Jewelers at University Place say the same, and Hur, Morgan and Sierra West list cleaning. The Beylora Lifetime Guarantee comes with every ring, and repairs are handled by mail.

If your Beylora ring needs repair, the Beylora Lifetime Guarantee covers it: one claim at any time in the ring's life, center diamond included, and we repair the ring or replace it if it cannot be repaired. The only cost is shipping both ways. For cleaning, several Provo and Orem jewelers list it on their own sites, some for free.

How a Beylora repair works

The Beylora Lifetime Guarantee comes with every ring. It covers the whole ring and every stone in it, including a center diamond that chips, cracks or falls out. It does not cover a ring that is lost or stolen. It asks for no inspections, cleanings or check-ins. To use it, email marketing@beylora.com with your order number and a photo, and we send instructions. Beylora has no showroom, so repairs are handled by mail.

Cleaning your ring between visits

Repair, resizing and returns

Resizing is separate from the guarantee: we send $100 toward one resize per ring at any jeweler you choose, and full eternity bands cannot be resized. See ring resizing in Provo and Orem. You have 30 days from arrival to return a ring, with a 20% restocking fee on a change-of-mind return. The optional $300 Rush fee is nonrefundable on change-of-mind returns.
