No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase or payment will not improve your chance of winning.

| How to enter | Attend the event in person and check in. Every attendee receives five raffle tickets at check-in, free, with no purchase, follow, or other action required. Write your name, Instagram handle, and phone number on each ticket, then place your tickets in the basket of any prize you want to enter: each participating vendor booth has its own basket, and the Beylora basket holds the headline prizes listed below. Each ticket placed in a basket is one entry for that prize. You may place all of your tickets in one basket or spread them across several. You must be present at the 7:30 pm drawing to win. To win a headline prize you must also be following @beylorajewelry on Instagram at the time of the drawing; if you prefer not to follow, use the free entry option in Section 5, which requires no follow and no purchase. |

Total approximate retail value of the prizes above: $4,825. Each prize is awarded to a separate winner. Additional prizes are provided by participating vendors and announced live at the event, bringing the total giveaways to over $10,000.
1. Sponsor
Each Beylora giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Beylora LLC ("Beylora," "we," or "Sponsor"), a Utah limited liability company. Questions about these Official Rules may be directed to Sponsor by email at marketing@beylora.com. No Giveaway is sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any brand whose product is offered as a prize (including, for the Current Giveaway, Coach, Lola Blankets, and In-N-Out Burger).
2. Eligibility
Unless the Current Giveaway box states otherwise, each Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the State of Utah who are 18 years of age or older as of the entry date. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. By entering, each entrant represents that they meet all eligibility requirements.
3. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase, payment, or contribution of money or anything of monetary value is ever necessary to enter or to win, and none will improve an entrant's chance of winning. Entry is and always remains free.
4. Entry Period
The entry period for each Giveaway is stated in the Current Giveaway box. Entries and extra-entry actions must be completed within the entry period to count.
5. How to Enter
Standard entry: The standard entry method for each Giveaway is stated in the Current Giveaway box. Where a Giveaway requires attendance at an event, entrants must be physically present at the time of the drawing to win.
Free alternative entry: For any Giveaway, an eligible person may enter free, without any purchase, follow, tag, or other action, by sending an email during the entry period to marketing@beylora.com stating their full name and a contact email or phone number and the name of the Giveaway. Each such email is one entry. This free method is available to everyone and receives the same treatment as a standard entry.
Entry information: Where entry is by physical raffle ticket, the name, social handle, and phone number written on a ticket are used only to identify and contact the winner of that drawing. Sponsor does not add entrants to any marketing list on the basis of an entry, and does not sell or share entry information.
Extra entries: Where offered, extra entries are described in the Current Giveaway box. Extra entries are optional, involve no purchase, and only increase an entrant's number of chances; they are never required to enter.
Entries obtained through fraud, automation, or any means that subvert the entry process are void, and Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules.
6. Prizes
The prizes and their approximate retail values for each Giveaway are listed in the Current Giveaway box. Each prize is awarded to a separate winner, and a winner of one prize is not eligible to win an additional prize in the same Giveaway. If a ticket belonging to someone who has already won is drawn for a later prize, that ticket is set aside and another is drawn. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash substitution is permitted, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable. Any diamond ring prize is provided in a standard setting; sizing and any customization are handled by Sponsor after the drawing.
7. Winner Selection and Odds
Winners are selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the entry period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries and the number of entries each entrant has earned. The drawing is final.
8. Winner Notification and Claim
For an in-person Giveaway, winners are announced live at the event and must be present to win and to claim the prize. To claim a prize, a winner must present valid photo identification confirming eligibility and sign an affidavit of eligibility and a liability and publicity release; a winner of any prize valued at $600 or more must also complete an IRS Form W-9. If a drawn entrant is not present, cannot be verified, fails to sign required documents, or declines the prize, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner drawn. In accordance with Utah law, a winner must claim the prize within 30 days after the Giveaway ends.
9. Prize Delivery
In accordance with Utah law, Sponsor will deliver or make available each awarded prize to its verified winner within 30 days after the winner is determined.
10. Taxes
All federal, state, and local taxes on any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. For any prize with a value of $600 or more, Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC reporting the prize's fair market value, and a completed Form W-9 is required before the prize is awarded.
11. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name, likeness, photograph, and statements for advertising and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further compensation.
12. Limitation of Liability
By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its owners, officers, employees, and partners from any claim or liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries, technical failures, or any error in the administration of the Giveaway.
13. Social Media Release
No Giveaway is sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or Meta Platforms, Inc. Entrants fully release Meta from any and all liability. Any information an entrant provides is provided to Sponsor, not to Meta.
14. Consumer Protection and Accuracy
Sponsor conducts each Giveaway in compliance with the Utah Consumer Sales Practices Act and the Utah Prize Notices Regulation Act. All prize descriptions and values are stated accurately and in good faith. No Giveaway conditions the awarding of a prize on attending or completing a sales presentation.
15. General Conditions and Governing Law
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify a Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any factor beyond its reasonable control impairs its integrity; the Official Rules for a given Giveaway will not change after that Giveaway is launched. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, and any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah County, Utah. If a Giveaway is ever opened to residents outside Utah, or offers total prizes exceeding $5,000, additional state registration or bonding may apply and will be satisfied before that Giveaway opens.
