Claim process

The original box matters.

The first eligible finder with the authentic box and signed ticket can submit a claim. A DM or photograph alone does not establish a winner.

1
Keep the original box and signed ticket.
2
DM @beylorajewelry on Instagram within 24 hours of the find, with a clear photograph of the box and ticket.
3
Present the original box and ticket so Beylora can verify them and confirm that the claimant follows @beylorajewelry.
4
After verification, Beylora will coordinate the diamond shape, gold color, ring size, required documentation, and fulfillment timing with the winner.
