An eternity band carries diamonds around the whole band rather than across the top, so it looks the same whichever way it turns. Choose the setting by how you wear it: shared prongs show the most diamond, while a channel or bezel wraps each stone in metal. A full eternity band cannot be resized, because the diamonds run all the way around it.
